Good starting salary, work flexibility, and good medical coverage.
It does depend on the manager. I've been hired by a great one, so I am really happy with my work and team, but I've heard from other people that their teams aren't as competent or nice to work with. The pay doesn't rise with time as much as in other companies, though.
The interview had two steps: the first was the HR interview, and the technical interview followed. I accepted the first step, but unfortunately, I was rejected in the technical step.
There was a panel of 4 people who interviewed me, with 2 people at each time. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions. They were very friendly and tried to guide me to give them the answers.
Was conducted in a professional manner. Not too long of a process; should take 2 weeks to hear back. Make sure you do some research on what you will be working on to better prepare yourself.
