- You quickly learn a lot, but then there's nothing new except for company-specific stuff.

- Poor focus on quality.
- Higher management has no idea about testing.
- Salary rises should be bigger, so experienced people stay at work.
- A tester's job should be more significant. Don't pass the tests just to make reports green.
