Lie about the employment outlook, particularly for the recruitment wave of 500 people dedicated to R&D.

Pros

2 days of remote work.

Good company.

Colleagues with very good technical knowledge, and good atmosphere despite the austere atmosphere currently, particularly the 4th P.S.E. which will this time impact R&D.

1233 jobs eliminated.

Uh, that's already a lot of benefits, isn't it?

Cons

The top management, out of touch, tells you one day, “Yes, you worked very well during the confinement period,” and then a month later announces you will no longer be part of the workforce starting Q1 2021. Wow! Worked too hard, what recognition!

The over-communication from Nokia on social media about ethics, respect... none of that is true!

They are eliminating our positions in France for low-cost countries (Poland or India)... where is the sovereignty over this 5G technology, which is so precious for operators, the state, and its future users? I do remind you that Nokia benefited from €280 million in Research Tax Credits over 5 years. The low-cost country argument... doesn't sit well.

Employment prospects reduced to nothing.

Lies about the project of working long-term at Nokia and on an interesting project.

Disappointment for a young graduate or collaborators who recently joined the company, especially after Nokia's commitments to the state following the acquisition of Alcatel Lucent by the Finnish firm. We did not expect to arrive and then leave... (some people who arrived recently did not finish their probationary period, to tell you).

For future graduates or anyone working in the telecommunications sector, I absolutely do not recommend Nokia as a company, given the redundancy plans and the cynical management. Nokia's projects and vision are in total disarray and constantly changing; you can be working on a topic, and that topic can be taken away from you overnight and given to another entity.

I cannot describe all the disadvantages... there are many (too many).

As a young graduate, I am totally disappointed with my first job.

I forgot... the Nozay site is very difficult to access, but that remains very secondary compared to what has been said previously.

Advice to Management
