Benefits:
The salary when you start is good, but it very hardly raises after.
They don't value the employees as they should. Many professionals leave the company for the money because the company doesn't have an employment retention culture. They prefer to let highly skilled people leave instead of raising their salaries. The responsibilities are multiplying, but the salary remains the same.
There are too many managers and too few people who actually deliver something concrete, not just corporate, unuseful stuff.
