Terrible work environment in terms of dealing with people with mental health issues. HR and higher management offered no help at all. It's a vindictive culture with inhumane treatment of people with emotional problems, caused largely by work stress in the first place. There are unfair performance review practices and tribal cover-up protection among management and HR. I was forced not to show up to work one day due to unbearable conditions artificially created for me by my direct manager and HR representative.
Look in the mirror.
Nice interviewers who ensured the questions were always clear and helped interviewees when they got stuck. A coding assessment was completed as part of the interview process that was related to the role.
Had a phone interview which basically consisted of talking about my projects, some C++ questions, and data structures. Onsite interview consisted of talking to 3 engineers and 1-2 managers. Everybody was pretty friendly except one engineer that seem
Quick phone screen and an online coding test. Then, a general technical interview with a few easy HR-type questions about interests, previous projects, working in a team, and motivation, etc.
