Too many tasks in parallel. Sometimes you don't have work, and at other times you need to work really hard.

Software Developer
The interview was very easy. They asked only basic questions about cloud infrastructure and used development processes. There was also a coding part where you needed to create some very basic programs.
Software Engineer (Internship)
4 rounds interview. First, a technical assignment, then an HR interview, then 2 technical interviews. They were so unprofessional and cold during the interview, asking about deprecated code and unuseful stuff. I wouldn't recommend it.
