Pros

Fun place to work for, very friendly people around, good culture. The benefits and compensation are good; work/life balance could be achieved. There is also a lot of freedom in how things should be done, so there is enough room for creativity and self-improvement.

Cons

Nokia prefers hiring agencies as opposed to building strong technical teams. The majority of web projects are not done in-house. The end result is that managers on all levels lack technical expertise.

Advice to Management

Build strong technical teams. Hire people who can handle solving problems themselves, without bringing in a third party. Make sure that project and product managers possess good technical knowledge.
