They generally are very good to their employees. Salaries were good, and everybody that I met was absolutely fantastic.
There were some ridiculous rules at the office, and sometimes you can get overwhelmed with bureaucracy to the point where it makes it difficult to get actual work done.
Remove some of the process in doing things to make progress and work easier.
