Pros: I really enjoy working at Notion! The people are warm and smart. They push me to grow and challenge myself and help me when I need it!
The work is interesting and I'm learning new things all the time.
Cons: Working at a fast-growing startup is always interesting, and I know that we're all doing our best :)

Pros: • Notion is pace setting in the industry. I have not seen many companies good at WLB but also moving fast with a small team.
• Competitive pay in compare to the industry (especially these days)
• Promising growth
• But MOST importantly, great people here
Cons: There has been some attrition recently in management, but also some new high-tech ICs have joined, which is good.
