Cons: - It can be a chaotic place to work at times, and we are "truthseekers," which means that you may have to deal with a lot of feedback on product or churn on your designs or features. - Had some recent staff churn. Ivan is a very engaged CEO, but he cares a ton about the details and the product. It can burn some people out around him, but he is the most talented and caring CEO I have ever worked with.
