The process began with an introduction to the recruiter, followed by a second coding interview. This was then succeeded by a third series of interviews, which comprised a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The technical questions covered both high-level systems concepts and low-level specifics.

Pros: This is probably one of the most diverse sets of engineering challenges you could encounter.
From software and algorithms to sensor hardware to mechanical design for harsh environments, there's always some place to challenge your innovation and problem-solving skills.
It's going to be difficult; you're going to encounter situations you can't Google search or ChatGPT your way out of.
Cons: Be prepared to get dirty and messy. There is no shortage of frustrating moments because this is still very much a fast-paced, but (mature) startup. People are busy and focusing on their own deliverables, so you have to learn to rely on yourself many times.
