I had the worst interview of my career! It was very unprofessional.
The recruiter first reached out to me. Later, I had a knowledge domain phone interview with a junior developer related to Deep Learning (DL).
The interviewer was unprofessional and aggressive. He was not willing to listen and did not communicate well. He kept interrupting me without letting me finish and repeatedly asked several random, irrelevant questions while I was trying to understand his confusing questions.
The questions themselves were confusing. When I asked for clarification, he changed the problem to a different scenario and did not elaborate at all. Instead, he jumped to different questions.
I have had interviews with other big companies and different interviewers, but this one was an absolute waste of time. I'm not sure what the purpose of the interview was, since the interviewer was not listening to my answers at all. He kept asking the same questions that I had already explained, forcing me to repeat myself to move on to the next question.
Nuro: I think it would be best for the company to hire professional employees and assign these interviews to a more senior and knowledgeable person who comprehends the field and its challenges very well. This would avoid wasting both your time and the candidate's time.
