The overall process was friendly. The first round reviewed the resume. The second round involved a few basic numerical technical problems, with all units and equations provided. The third round consisted of six back-to-back interviews onsite. These interviews covered a wide range of questions, but they were all primarily conversational.
While each interview was 45 minutes long, they passed quickly and covered most general/basic mechanical engineering concepts.
