Applied online. I received a request for an interview two weeks later. The recruiter contacted me, then went on a 15-day vacation. Fortunately, someone else took over and finished the scheduling.
The phone interview lasted for 45 minutes. The interviewer called in five minutes late and sounded as if he was already having a very long day. Within 5 minutes into the discussion, I could already sense that he had made the decision not to proceed with my application.
