Great engineering culture
People here are kind, smart, and open to share. The leadership is very transparent about the company's progress. The company also adopts new tools and new workflows very quickly, which means a lot of opportunities to learn and to apply the latest technologies in daily work.
Not really a con, but just like most startups, the company is very sensitive to the macro environment and markets. The engineering team also needs to move quickly to support different business requests under resource constraints.
