Transparent Leadership Decisions - The higher-ups at Nuro are very good at communicating both what the company's overall goals are and why those particular goals were chosen.
A bit chaotic. Nuro is still a startup, and with this comes a lot of changes as the company grows. It is hard to set priorities for more than a few weeks at a time because something new is always cropping up.
