With COVID-19 and what our work can do, this is a great group of people to work with. Everyone's willing to jump in and help out. High expectations for performance, and teams meet these expectations. Creative solutions to current challenges with shelter-in-place. Generous coworkers.

Cons

Typical startup pains for a fast-growing company. Some teams are more insular than others, and some people aren't the best communicators, but that's improving quickly with several big projects across multiple teams, as well as working from home.

Advice to Management

Keep on hiring talented and caring coworkers that are willing to tackle tough problems, make a lot of progress in autonomy, and continue to make sure expectations are aligned between managers and their teams.
