My overall experience was good. I had an interview over Skype, and the interviewers were polite.
How would you react if you were the interviewer and this candidate, whom you've never met before, suddenly said, "Hey, I read on Glassdoor that a lot of people think your company XYZ really stinks. What do you say to that?"
My guess: Whatever response you gave to the interviewee, you'd probably not be inclined toward hiring that person.
If you are really concerned about the negative reviews, it may be that this is not the right company for you.
