Four phone screens plus one day onsite.
This selection process was very slow-moving. It took about three months, and I did not receive a job offer.
They requested three references and a background check. My references were not contacted. This suggests they did not intend to hire me. They should have sent a rejection email sooner rather than keeping me in suspense. I would prefer to know sooner if I am not a good fit for the team.
