Process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks.
Mainly questions around my experience, nothing beyond. Seems like the interviewers were just in the beginning of the recruitment and were not focused on their needs, but overall it was a good experience.

Pros: Amazing company to work for, one of the best, if not the best, with the following aspects:
* Salary: If you leave the company, it is good.
* Stocks: A lot of them are worth it.
* Stock plans to invest in.
* Everything is free to learn (Udemy, LinkedIn, etc.).
* New building with a cool design.
* You're changing the world!
Cons: A lot of stress.
Some rude people.
If you move internal, they will treat you with low priority. Not a pleasant move, with a very low salary and stocks. Not fair.
