Pros: During COVID, they provided equipment so I was able to work at home.
The pay was very good. The job was tedious but not hard.
Cons: People are busy. Always be in contact, even if they can't get to you.
Some of their information, like "how to side-load an Android phone?", is outdated or lacks basic instructions. YouTube is your best friend here.
