Cons: Unsupportive managers.
No diversity, no women, no people of color.
Weird working environment vibes.
People are petty and condescending.
My mentor actively made me feel terrible about myself the entire time.
The employees would sometimes catfight in larger org meetings.
Non-existent work-life balance if you want to be considered "doing well."
