The interview was by phone. This is the most disappointing experience I had.
It seemed like they already had someone internally for the position.
The interviewer was downright rude and had no interview skills.
The worst thing is that the interviewer didn't have an answer to his own question.

Pros: Fantastic place to work at.
Managers and colleagues are all in for the goal, friendly, and uncompetitive.
Cons: No lunch/dinner service in the Tel Aviv site, but you do get paid an additional 1100 NIS for a monthly food allowance.
