Process
I was contracted through LinkedIn and went through five rounds of phone screens. One position had two rounds, and they said they would wait for the other one before calling for an onsite interview. The other position had three rounds. Then, I finally got an email saying they were not going to move forward.
Can't they determine this in one or two phone screens? Five? Really?
I don't know on what basis they decided after five rounds.
