I was contacted by HR a few weeks after applying online.
1st round: Deep technical discussions with a senior engineer on JavaScript concepts (closures, bind, floating-point pitfalls when doing math with JS) and my projects.
2nd round: Coding phone screen with an engineer, which had multiple parts. The first part was a set of JavaScript problems, and the second part involved HTML/JS/CSS.
Virtual onsite: Each subsequent round was based on the previous one. The initial stage focused on HTML/CSS/JS, followed by pure JS DOM implementation on an existing project. Then came behavioral questions (quite tough), and finally, a React coding challenge.
I received an offer the same day, in less than an hour after the virtual onsite ended. The HR and the team were super nice and efficient. I had onsites with many great companies at that time, but this was one of my top favorites.
