The panel was cooperative and willing to listen. Three people were on the panel. Individually, they asked questions, but did not include programming. They focused on theoretical and conceptual digital design questions, along with two aptitude questions.

Extremely talented engineers, very helpful.
The approach is competitive and aggressive here.
Good pay and benefits. They pay for your transportation, relocation, flights, etc.
Cons: Micromanagement is a problem here.
