I went through two phone calls with two different interviewers. Both reviewed my resume and asked technical questions about my Python background, such as using Tkinter and particularly my skill sets in software automation, since that's what I ended up doing for the hardware team.

Extremely talented engineers, very helpful.
The approach is competitive and aggressive here.
Good pay and benefits. They pay for your transportation, relocation, flights, etc.
