Process
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
It was an online interview for a QA engineer position, focused on switch BMC. This was actually the second interview, as I had previously completed and successfully passed the first one, which was a self-administered home task.

- 4.0Personal Life is Out the Door!QA Engineer • Current EmployeeSanta Clara, California, United StatesAugust 26, 2008Pros: This is a very challenging place to be. Good culture, good innovation. Did I mention free food? Well, almost free. I liked this place up until the recent changes under a year ago. They really should reconsider the VPs who run the business units. Remove them and get back to the way things were a year ago. Now we're talking. :)Cons: Not all, but recent promotions of the VPs are flat out horrible. They lack the technical depth and leadership skills. It was not like this a year ago. The organization used to be flat with very little political games. Now it is layered.
