The human resources interface was excellent, except for the delay in responses. It took about two to three weeks to receive replies.

However, the directions provided were very accurate and to the point. They promised to give feedback at each stage of the interview.

The interview process included:

• An initial phone screen
• A 5.5-hour on-site interview

Lunch was provided.

The first person interviewed was from HR. They explained all the company's benefits, which were pretty standard and competitive for Silicon Valley. This was followed by a technical interview. All of the interviewers were quite friendly and helpful. They understood that candidates aren't expected to remember every single detail of their past or current work. In other words, they treated me with respect and offered help when I faltered, while still checking my basic knowledge relevant to the role.
