The process is incredibly long. From the time of application to the end took 2.5 months. For such an established company to take this much time and internal resources to get a candidate vetted is highly unusual.
The interview process is also very weird. At the beginning of each interview, they asked me -- the candidate -- how many prior interviews I've had with them. This suggests that each interview is independent (not necessarily a bad thing), but it also shows how little internal transparency they have for incoming candidates.
Lastly, after the hiring team being very quick to respond during the process, when it came time to give or decline an offer, I ended up getting hardly any responses and felt like I had to keep following up to continue the process.
That being said, there are a lot of smart engineers working there, and I did enjoy the interviews. They asked good questions and were pleasant to talk to.
