Positive ExperienceNo Offer
Process
It was an online interview.
I introduced a project I worked on. They did not want me to go into too much detail, stating that an overview was sufficient.
They asked me some technical questions about my experience, and what practices I encountered during my previous work. This was followed by more in-depth LeetCode questions.

Great Pay, Tough Culture
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee
Austin, Texas, United States
October 1, 2023
Pros: - inspiring CEO
- highly talented people
- great compensation plan with RSUs and ESPP that paid off big time
Cons: Some organizations are stuck in a legacy working mode, with highly territorial managers, overhead that crawls everything down to a stop, and low morale among employees. Some people are clearly just tagging along, waiting for their RSUs to vest but not contributing much or trying very hard.

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Excellent culture, work/life balance, pay, and benefits. A company where you cannot only believe in the mission but be proud to work there. We have the best CEO of any big tech company, in my opinion. He is passionate, engaged, and kind.
Cons: Literally none, unless perhaps you are unable to manage yourself well.
Still, even in spite of this, if you are ever struggling or have a question, you will easily and quickly find help.
