I had a mixed experience with the interviewers. Some were extremely warm and receptive, engaging with me throughout the interview and offering continuous feedback. Others, however, engaged very little and seemed to be working on other things during the interview.
I received questions that were significantly longer than could be fully completed during the time allotted. After the interview, I repeated the questions for practice purposes. Even knowing exactly what to do, I was only able to finish about 30% of some of the exercises, and I had to code nearly the entire time allotted.
The role primarily mentioned Javascript and frontend development, and I was only asked frontend questions, not any of the more FAANG-style algorithm questions tagged with NVIDIA on LeetCode.
I rated my overall experience negatively because all interviewers should be engaged. Furthermore, if a question is significantly longer than what a candidate can expect to complete, it is good practice to state this upfront.
