I was contacted by a recruiter after applying. Then, all correspondence seemed like boilerplate scheduling emails; I don't think the recruiter/scheduler spent any time crafting custom responses.
I did an initial informational/technical screening, followed by a 2-hour technical interview. After deriving a solution to the coding problem, I was led to believe it went well and I'd be contacted for the next steps. Then, I received an automated rejection email a week or so later.
Overall, this was a very impersonal, borderline disrespectful, experience. It seemed like they already had someone selected and were just going through the motions to interview other people.
The interviewers were very nice, but also weren't familiar with my experience going in. The interviews weren't very focused and seemed somewhat disorganized, especially since they weren't prepared to give the technical test.
