Great Culture, Mission, Pay
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Santa Clara, California, United States
August 20, 2020
Pros: Excellent culture, work/life balance, pay, and benefits. A company where you cannot only believe in the mission but be proud to work there. We have the best CEO of any big tech company, in my opinion. He is passionate, engaged, and kind.
Cons: Literally none, unless perhaps you are unable to manage yourself well.
Still, even in spite of this, if you are ever struggling or have a question, you will easily and quickly find help.

Pros: Nothing, except maybe extra global freezing days.
Cons: The worst team leader in my whole life, like a dictator in Nazi Germany, I am depressed after working at Nvidia.
