Pros: Excellent benefits with good average work-life balance. Very stable work environment versus other major tech companies. Nvidia has strong fundamentals and is always focused on the actual tech. Also, the stock has been doing very well, so total comp for the last 5 years has been excellent.
Cons: Some teams have very poor work-life balance, with the expectation that you will go into crunch time for deliverables for extended periods.
The company is large and flat, which can make business alignment difficult for some teams.
