A recruiter reached out to me by email and scheduled two 45-minute Zoom interviews with members of the team. Before the interviews, I specifically asked about the format and was told they would mainly involve a deep dive into my resume and experience. Based on that guidance, I spent most of my preparation time reviewing my background rather than practicing LeetCode-style problems. However, both interviews moved almost immediately into coding exercises, with very little discussion of my resume. One interviewer asked me to parse a log file and extract specific results. The coding took nearly the entire session, leaving little time for my questions, and the overall experience felt quite robotic.
