A one-hour interview with the hiring manager for the Robot Learning Platform team. Half of it consisted of a presentation of my past projects and discussion about the role, and the other half was for coding exercises on PyTorch and general robotic concepts.

Pros: Nvidia is one of the biggest companies in Pune and offers probably the best salary in that city. The work culture is good, with flexible timings, but most employees do not show up for work until almost 11 am. Since the day starts late for most employees, it ends as late as 9 pm (9 pm would be considered an early day, I suppose).

Cons: Since it is an offshore development center, there isn't a lot of innovation happening here. Mostly the job would include doing high-visibility bug fixes.
