NVIDIA contacted me in early November 2021. After numerous interviews and a period of waiting, I received a job offer on January 7th.
Following that, the recruiter emailed me every week or two, stating that they were hiring too many people and that I needed to wait a few days to sign the paperwork. This continued for three full months, after which I sent an email indicating I was no longer interested.
This was a highly unorganized company. It took more than a week to receive a response to an email. HR was a mess.
