I found them at a career fair and gave them my resume. A recruiter contacted me a few months later, stating that the manager wanted to chat with me.
The initial manager chat was semi-technical but did not involve any coding.
The second phone interview was also technical, but again, no coding was involved; we talked through the process of how I would solve a problem.
I received an offer for the internship a few days later.
