I replied to an online ad and was appointed to a phone interview after eight weeks of various emails and failed attempts.
The interview was supposed to be a discussion about the job and my profile, but it turned out to be a technical interview.
The overall experience was quite negative. I am accustomed to more professionalism when undergoing such processes.
