Software Engineering Intern Interview Experience - Canada

Process

I started by completing a questionnaire at the University's career fair. HR contacted me a month later to schedule a phone interview.

There were three rounds of phone interviews in total, which spanned over three weeks. After I passed each round, HR would contact me to arrange another interview. I was given an offer a week after the last interview.

HR, in my case, was not very responsive. I had to send my email twice each time to get a reply. The entire process took two months, starting from the career fair, which was quite long.
