Pros: Interesting project, challenging work, and interesting algorithmic problems to solve. You can learn a lot and work on cool stuff.

Cons: Most of the team members worked in the US, which required me to work in the evenings sometimes. There was very poor organization within my team. There was no redundancy in the team; only one person who implemented some algorithms knew how they worked. There was no documentation and the code was of poor quality. Communication with the team wasn't very good. My mentor was sometimes unresponsive. I worked remotely from home and often there weren't many opportunities to discuss stuff or ask a quick question to team members.

Pros: It's a fast pace of work when you're trying to push out developments rapidly. Certainly a sense of competition and the need to be better and more efficient. Cutting-edge development, work on products used by tons of enthusiasts. NVIDIA has a good development process and a very straightforward company culture.

Cons: The speed of operation can cause some problems that might have occurred with a more deliberate approach.
