Pros: Flat organization, outstanding collaboration between teams, priorities are clear, very little politics. The company truly cares about the employees, and the benefits package illustrates that point.
Cons: The work can be challenging (this could also be a pro) and sometimes, due to the situation, you can work a lot of extra hours. But that is not the normal case.

Pros: From the start of the interview through onboarding and daily life at NVIDIA, everything has blown me away. The scope and breadth of areas they are tackling, the quality of the talent, the compassion from the CEO down. And on top of all that, they pay extremely well for the pleasure of working here.
Cons: It is a very large company, and it has communication issues that hamper all large companies. Progress isn't crippled, but it is an area that could be improved.
