Pros: Very good work and many things to learn.
Work culture is very good. Very flexible timings.
Cons: Many people have dreams of getting into NVIDIA, and they work very hard to do so. However, the management does not consider talent; rather, they consider college background. Management prefers BITS people and treats them as gods, while treating people from other colleges as if they are insignificant. They pay BITS people very highly when compared to others. They take BITS interns without any interviews and make them permanent.
