Pros: Sheer flexibility: home-based or office-based, wherever you work best.
Work with over 9,000 of the most intelligent people all over the world, and the most helpful.
Loads of travel.
Meet many different people from many different domains.
Collaborate with everyone.
Cons: After 9 months, I can't think of one. Really. You need to be dedicated to the job, or you won't keep up with the sheer pace of technology, especially AI. But if you enjoy tech, this is where you need to be.

Pros: I loved working here. The company truly does care for you as an employee, even outside of work, and allows for growth.
Cons: The company is large and can sometimes feel bureaucratic. It doesn't have all the glitzy benefits, like free food.
