- Resume shortlisting (mainly GPA criteria, with a cutoff of 8/10)
- Multiple Choice Question test (output-based questions on C++, etc.)
- Interview (one coding question, one from a topic mentioned on my resume, and one question discussing my paper publication)

Pros: Good company people are helpful, the food is free, and the time is very flexible.
Cons: They don't hire. I did an internship for 6 months and still, they didn't hire.

Pros: Beautiful work culture, nice pay, free food and travel. If your work is done, then you can leave the office, no questions asked.
Cons: As I was an intern, I could not work on more projects, and I was not assigned any project for the first 2 months.
Overall, it depends on the team you are allocated to.
