The process was divided into 3 rounds: the first was an assessment, followed by 2 technical interviews. The assessment MCQs were on core concepts along with 2 coding problems. The interview was totally dependent on the resume and in-depth concepts.

Pros: Work-life balance is exceptionally great.
Salary is very good compared to the workload. Perks are too good: food, transport, medical insurance.
Most of the work is maintenance with relatively no work responsibility.
No need to develop new skills.
Fixed mindset of most colleagues facilitates no stress.
Most employees are relaxed and chilled, which facilitates a happy life.
Management has no vision, and it is very easy to convince them that you are working.
Cons: No growth mindset.
Colleagues are mediocre software engineers.
One cannot grow in their career.
Little to no software development opportunity.
Appraisal system is not transparent. Politics are needed to get good ratings.
To get any work done, you need to have personal connections. Otherwise, people will keep saying they are busy!
