Pros: Endless room to learn. Easy to move around. Focus on doing the right thing the right way. Small company feel. Amazing coworkers. Not overworked (depending on team).
Cons: You must be a self-starter to work here. This is a fast-paced company with projects starting and stopping often. There are a few teams with overly political management and directors who just keep failing up.
