I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
So, I had one 45-minute screening where we talked about my experience and went through a couple of practical questions related to it, followed by another 45-minute technical screening with coding.
Overall, everything went really well. The interviewers were very friendly and approachable, and I left with a really positive impression. The HR team is excellent: they organize the process smoothly and send information about the next rounds very quickly.
The issue was that the interview section was labeled ML Optimization, but I was given a couple of algorithmic coding questions—quite easy, but unexpectedly. I had prepared extensively for the deep neural network optimization round—brushing up torch quantization etc., which is why I was a bit thrown off and less focused when presented with a different type of task.
