The process involved one phone interview, followed by an on-site interview a week later. The on-site interview was unorganized. Interviewers seemed unsure about the position they were interviewing for, and each had a different perspective on it. The questions were very technical. It felt more like sharing my experience and learning about the company and its product. Overall, it was a waste of everyone's time.
Suggestion: Be clear about what you want before inviting candidates for the on-site process.
